Bringing poke to the people, we're here to put you in charge of your meal. Featuring fresh, healthy ingredients and a build-your-own concept, our restaurant lets you choose from one of our signature menu items or create your own poke bowl or burrito from scratch.
Whether you're coming into the restaurant or ordering online, you'll get to choose your style, base, protein, and all your toppings. You'll also get to select a sauce from our variety of homemade options.
Poki Cat was born out of love of high-quality food. With almost three decades of history in crafting fine sushi at world-renowned restaurants such as Matsuhisa’s flagship Beverly Hills restaurant, Chef Robert Luo, along with his son Jimmy, created Poki Cat as a means to make an expensive yet incredibly healthy meal into something more accessible. Collaborating together with Lingyun Xiang of Great China Food LLC, Poki Cat is expanding with the vision of creating healthy, flavor-filled meals by sourcing the finest and freshest ingredients available.
